It was flavorful, full of spices. The hummus was pretty good, but nothing to write home about. Dessert was cheese plate or Haagen-Dazs dulce de leche ice cream, where the purser scooped out the ice cream from the cardboard container and served it in a small bowl with metal spoon.

Coincidentally, my seat neighbor ordered the vegan stuffed pepper, and it's on the same bed of rice. It is a 3/4" of red pepper ring, with the fake meat in the middle.
Apparently catering has been forgetting the crackers as of late (a similar report last week or so).
On my last flight, the crackers are in a separate bag instead of pre-plated on the tray, so perhaps they forgot.
