Just be patient. There is no point in calling every hour. There are thousands of tickets ahead of you that needs to be reissued as well. In situations like this it takes a while before tickets are reissued because the queue is so long. At worst it will be dealt with at the airport.
OLCI and seat selection are the least of your concerns now - and immaterial IMO.
