Do you have any suggestions on how to baby-sit? I've been calling every 3-4 hours, and they just tell me that it's been prioritized as urgent and to be patient. Tick-tock ... I can't select seats or check-in until they have this sorted.
Is there any trick to getting them to re-issue in a timely manner?
