Just to be sure, I would aim to return the car in the 11:30 timeframe. So, if there are any delays, you will not be cutting it close. Next week, Phenix is starting Spring Training. So, it could be a bit busier at the airport (although most will be arriving, not departing). But it will get busier at PHX for the next few weeks.
