Well sort of, but a quick look at the map says that from there the 3 barges with the fireworks would appear more or less line astern, which means that fireworks launched from the eastern-most barge would be in front of those launched from the other two. This significantly degrades the experience. The displays are designed to be viewed from points where the 3 barges are more or less side-by-side, not one behind the other. Which means roughly from Tamar Park to the Royal HK Yacht Club on the Island side, and from the Star Ferry Pier to the Avenue of Stars on the TST side.
