I am connecting in DXB from EK to AI ( Terminal 3 to Terminal 1) in March with a layover of 4 hours (7 to 11 PM) and wanted to get some advice on the best Priority Pass lounge that I can access. By looking at the (recent) data online, transfers from T3 to T1 seem a little complicated involving inbound and outbound security with a bus transfer, so I am not sure how long this will take as this is my first time in Dubai. Please suggest a good Priority Pass lounge to go to.

Not sure if you can access a lounge in T3 easily and I haven't flown out of there, but for T1, the Ahlan Business Class lounge was very nice for a PP lounge with solid food options and large alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverage selection. Marhaba Lounge wouldn't be bad, but I'd stick with Ahlan as it was less crowded when I was there and a couple reviews concurred. Can't recall why I didn't use the SkyTeam lounge, but I didn't so can't comment on that one.
