Comments: 2 days before the stay, I checked-in on the app and requested 4pm check-out. It was confirmed several hours later in the app. On the day of arrival at around 8am local time, I got upgraded in the app to the Executive Suite. I arrived at about 12am, but the room was already ready for me. They brought 2 types of chocolate to the room. I went to the lounge on the 12th floor, but it was disappointing. Some fruits and cookies, soft drinks and a coffee machine. No staff was around the 2 times I went there to grab a coke. Breakfast was in the restaurant on the first floor.
