Out of interest how many meals are catered in F, is it a percentage above booked load to allow a little buffer and better chance of each pax getting there first choice ? Or if 8 pax are booked 8 meals will be loaded and thats it. I always thought maybe a couple extra of each course might be loaded to offer better choice ? I appreciate this costs money and is wastful. But ....
