On Android I'm seeing al of my cards as "touchable" but ETCs have a similar phenomenon but if I pull up an ETC there's a tiny and far too easy to miss "<-- Select the left or right arrow to view more credits --> " at the bottom of the screen with two equally tiny arrows that cycle through the options. Any chance this is happening to your CCs?
(By the way before I discovered that I tried the "find your travel credit by email" thinking that would just give me a list of ETCs associated with my account. Nope. Blew up my inbox with 9 separate emails over the course of 15 minutes (one for each currently valid/unused ETC))
