Everytime, i go through the process (used three different emails) and key in the Verification code received from my mobile, i get the following error every time "It looks like you are already a Cathay member. You can sign in with your Marco Polo or Asia Miles membership number".

I tried to reset the password but then error says "No Record of this account exist"

The customer service agent spent approximately two hours "checking" just to inform me that no such account exist and that they can't help me

it annoys the gejeebers out of me (I’m trying my best to use PG words), I’ve had countless “conversations” with CS about it, they said they fixed it etc etc. Still the same.

FWIW, now I’ve grown immune to the page, don’t care about it. Ignore the message and press “verify later” or whatever it says.

If I do have a problem with my login, CS seems much more efficient at solving that than me going through my “verified email” or whatever so if push comes to shove I still always have that option.
