Have you got to another card and trued to set it as the default (and therefore removing the prior card as the default). Works fine for me. Did not change the order of the cards, but did clear the other card from default.
How did you navigate to another card? This is what I can't seem to do, as I only see a slight edge indicating other cards under the top one & the only action I can take with the stack of cards is to click on the top one...
