Sam_AE Thanks for the update, so there appears to be no rule, just airport to airport differences, especially if the location of the lounge is in play.
I have seen many transit pax at LHR, standing on the right and identifying bags/undergoing security without going landslide. I have been in the queue at CDG with connecting pax landslide. I'll be going landslide at LCA this week.......it all adds to rich tapestry of travel!
