Yes, will be denied.
For flights in 2025 there is a high change of schedule changes which would allow you to rebook, at least if you book with TK M&S. The issuer of your ticket is AC Aeroplan so you would need to adhere to their invol. rebooking rules in case of schedule changes or cancellations.
