I’m not sure I follow, YVR does not have a single interview from both countries.

You first do an interview landside with the Canadians, then do an interview with the Americans on departure. I would allow for at least an hour to make sure you don’t miss your flight on top of whatever normal buffer you like to leave yourself when arriving for a departing flight in general.
