The Polaris seat is perfectly fine, but most business class seats are perfectly fine nowadays. At the moment I'm sitting in the centrally locked dark, in the middle of the afternoon origin time, without even the offer of a drink since the one tray meal was served. With 9+ hours of flight still to go, a decent hard product with a rubbish soft product isn't feeling all that great right now.
