I have EU passport and a TPE-XMN-KIX itinerary with 16hrs layover in XMN. Which “line” do I take for immigration? Do I qualify for 24h TWOV or have to apply for 144? Last time I visited China they had separate line for 144h at SHA. Never been to XMN.
