At the moment there is no à la carte menu for extra cooked to order specialty egg dishes.
The reasoning is that the hotel tried it before but could not keep the quality / heat of the dishes,
as it is made in Safina downstairs ground floor and brought upstairs to level 18.
You can blame the American culture & preference of Fimbultvr airconditioning that puts every egg benedict dish back to the ice age,

Due to local Houston and Texas liquor laws / regulations.
Alcohol is not visible present (as kids can also access the lounge) and served by the glass.
Pours are generous to be enjoyed.


Verdict
Nothing beats the comfort of just walking out the room via the hallway or elevator to satisfy the thirst and need for a nibble. Especially if one is subject to the daily drain of having to traverse the medical process and hospitals. Comfort & ease is paramount for one's well being + gracious hospitality by Mrs. Hiedi en Mr. Iokepa makes this Club Lounge a nice daily haven to return and leave worries behind.
