Yes, this happens on Android too, when you click on the top card (the current default). But when you click the toggle for default, it rejects the operation & tells you that you need to assign another card as default...
Have you got to another card and trued to set it as the default (and therefore removing the prior card as the default). Works fine for me. Did not change the order of the cards, but did clear the other card from default.
