That would be the Queen Street station on the Yonge line. Exit on the north side of the station and the east exit on Yonge Street is just below Shuter St. It's a 10 minute walk to Jarvis and Shuter (500 metres). You would pass Massey Hall, St Michael's Hospital and St. Michael's Cathedral on your way, but also several shelters as you get close to Jarvis where you might see some unsavory characters.
