Going through a few days ago I was just putting my phone away when I was shouted at to keep it out so I can scan my bp again. I just said no thanks, and it seems like a scam for the stats when there's no queue. I apologised and kept walking.

Just as I reached the scanner there was a double activation so everything seemed to stop and had to watch as the staff decided to talk about swapping roles and whether a manager was on their way over. By the time I got through, the conveyor was full of empty trays that people hadn't bothered to clear themselves so bags couldn't move anyway. I cleared them all, whilst the staff just stood around.
