Sorry, I appreciate it's a lengthy read, and thank you for your reply.

From my post this afternoon on Facebook, a kindly person has just advised me to 'manage my booking' on the Royal Air Maroc site - and, amazingly, that works.

I'd still like to be able to access the BA site as I had before, especially as I imagine I'll still have difficulty checking-in online, but I'm relieved that I can see the full details on there (including our seats with the legend.)

We're (hopefully!) flying from LHR to AUS on BA191 on 29th March, returning on BA190 on 9th April.
