SN and LH J (and even LX/OS) are hardly industry-leading seats. It's not hard for UA or really any carrier (such as IB or AZ) to beat them. That's not to say UA J seats are bad, I think they're quite comfortable and competitive. But if UA wants to be industry leading, they should be finding ways to compete with AF A350 J seats or JL A350 J or QR Q-suites, etc.
