Price lock feature seems to have binding terms and conditions. It's mentioned that they'll cover the fare difference up to EUR 200. Basically, a sure shot way of turning $10 to EUR 200 if someone is actually looking to travel. Am I missing something here lol?
Now you're thinking!! Nope, not missing anything! Put a flight on hold, wait for Kiwi to correct it, then pay! There are several ways somebody could take advantage of Kiwi with these mistakes.
The other day when I posted that Air France error fare from Bangkok to Paris I was asked by Air France if I wanted to lock in my price for a fee and pay later if I decided to book. I was curious what would have happened if I chose that option. I technically didn't have a ticket. Would they cancel the itinerary I had on hold? If I paid the next day, would it make it more difficult for them to find and cancel my ticket since my ticket wouldn't be dated the same as all the people that booked and paid same-day.
