Do I need a Cathay Membership?
Hi there

Sorry for the basic question here.

I have Platinum on AA and plan to fly CX in the summer. I was able to create a membership with Cathay and tied my AA FF number to it. But when I am ready to make my reservation, and use my newly created CX profile will it honor my One World Sapphire benefits and give me the ability to choose exit row seats for free? Right now, I do not see any indication that my One World loyalty is being reflected, so I want to make sure i am doing this right
