Here’s a view of the south side of the property from a few blocks away. Driving down Indian Canyon Dr, the first floor of the eastern side of the property (the less finished side) isn’t closed up yet.

On the other hand, the western part of the property along Palm Canyon Dr, which was the side that was always further along, already has balcony furniture out for certain rooms.

I wonder if the plan is, if allowed by permits, to open up part of the property while continuing construction on other parts. It’d certainly make for an unpleasant experience for guests though.
