Correct me if I am wrong, but according to the document you posted, TWOV is now allowed through SZX, thus the information in TIMATIC is outdated. If they at check in rely on the outdated information and want to deny me travel, could I not just provide the document and then they can if needed contact the relevant authorities and get clearance to check me in?
Just to make it clear, TWOV via SZX is now permitted, it is just that TIMATIC has not updated to reflect this?
