Actually not so easy to change. Got the email to change it. Went to the app and put in a better one following the requirement of special character, etc. Then I get some vague error message. I did not get logged out, so I don’t think that the change took. Also, did not get an email about it being changed.
I usually change password on a computer and not on the mobile device. Easier and better to handle there over the app. And this is not unique to IHG, but also to Hilton, Marriott, Hyatt, Accor, ....
