Problems Signing Up Cathay Membership
Has anyone experienced issues attempting to sign up as a Cathay Member?
Everytime, i go through the process (used three different emails) and key in the Verification code received from my mobile, i get the following error every time "It looks like you are already a Cathay member. You can sign in with your Marco Polo or Asia Miles membership number".
I tried to reset the password but then error says "No Record of this account exist"
The customer service agent spent approximately two hours "checking" just to inform me that no such account exist and that they can't help me
Just wondering whether anyone else has experienced issues signing up recently?
