No high court is going to leave this ruling in place because it would then have to get involved in commercial decisions. If one overhead bin bag is "guaranteed", what happens when the bins are full? Why not 2 overhead bin bags, or 3 or 4? If it's your "right" to bring carry-on luggage, why not checked luggage?

And what law is being broken by charging for a carry-on bag?
