It has been a while since our stay but I believe the evening food is from 6-8 but not 100% sure. If you are not a vegetarian, you can likely make a nice dinner with drinks out of it. I have always used USA Transfers on my many trips to Cancun round trip and found them reliable and relatively reasonable as prices have risen a bit over the years.
