Just to add - whenever I’ve called the French/Dutch PL service line it’s always been brilliant. The agents are friendly, empathetic and will do anything they can to resolve your issue.

if you call the US number, it’s more hit and miss. I’ve sometimes been routed to fantastic agents. Other times I’ve been routed to other call centres where the agents know less and struggle to get things done (TBH, I think they are given far less agency). All to say, it’s sometimes just worth calling the French number.
