Hello,

I recently booked PPT-SFO in regular Economy to check how much an upgrade to Premium Economy would cost (= $499) and then cancelled again.

If I booked Economy Basic - would the cash upgrade price be the same? Or does it vary between which Economy option I chose? Do I get free hold luggage (1x23kg at least) when upgrading from Basic Economy to Premium Economy?
