I wish they would stop promoting "free Wifi" as if it were available systemwide. They are going to be looked at by state attorneys general for consumer fraud at some point.
Every promotion I've heard or read on this subject uses the words "We're on a journey to offer free wi-fi on every flight".
Unless there's an AG out there who somehow doesn't know the difference between journey and destination, I don't think they have anything to worry about
