So the system isn’t sophisticated enough that you can set the cabin temp to X degrees and it will maintain that temperature no matter what the passenger load is? Do newer aircraft designs have the same A/C configuration, or is this due to the old-ish design of the 737 family?
Also weird that there is no volume control for the PA system. I have often wondered (on many flights, with different airlines) why the FAs wouldn’t adjust the volume when flight deck announcements were not loud enough. Now I know. But still … weird design.
