For free you can get fast tracked by the guys with yellow vests on, if you have a mobility issue or senior. They will take your passport and look at your boarding pass (to document they helped you) and then they take you to the front of the line and hand it over to the agent and then take you to baggage claim and get your bag(s) and then take you outside to get a taxi. Of course you can tip them. If this doesn't apply to you, maybe someone else reading this may use the service when they fly into MEX. I had to use it once after surgery. I tipped 200 pesos. It was worth more.
