I assume no need to go through immigration, and my bag won't need collecting and rechecking in? That wouldn't normally be the case in airside transit in most countries but have read conflicting advice about transit at GRU. It seems both my incoming and outgoing flight are in Terminal 3.
Everything will be quite smooth, similar to non EU - non EU connections in AMS or LHR.

Exit the bridge, walk a corridor, spot the signs for International Connections, go through a BP check and security, into the airside of T3 (international only) and good to do some shopping/lounge hopping.

All bags will be tagged to Buenos Aires and boarding passes issued at check in.
