Upgrade offers are only available on cash tickets, are open up right after booking. These upgrades are subject to availability. To get your offer, visit your reservation page on aa.com and scroll down to the “Upgrade to First/Business” tab. In the app, refresh your reservation and it should be the top bar right under your record locator. Do note, offers are subject to AAs discretion, and you may not receive one for various reasons.
