I paid for an E+ renewal. Have a screenshot of the receipt along with new expiring date 12 months from the current end date. But the account is still showing the previous end date and I am not able to choose E+ seats for free (domestic subscriber with domestic ticket) for any flights beyond the current end date. Any date before the old end date works.
Waited for a few days, still not working. My credit card shows a pending transaction. Paid again for another renewal. same thing. I tried calling United, but was told the agent wait time is more than 30 minutes. sigh. Now I have two transactions on my credit card, for nothing.
Is there anything else I should try other than calling them again?
