I know historically when you thought of US lounges you were not expecting much but it seems things are changing. We would kill for a lounge like that in DUB even on a smaller scale. I have used the UA LHR lounge a few times and love it . The staff in the AA lounge were very friendly and one of them was telling me they currently have 5 Flagship lounges.

Hopefully EI get more lounge agreements with AA.
