Today was the first time where I booked the La Premiere ground service while connecting at CDG. I had purchased this when I reserved the ticket, and even confirmed it with the LP desk in advance. Imagine my surprise when I arrived from RDU to find no LP staff (in fact I didn’t find any Air France staff until I made it all the way to the 2F Salon). Once I managed to track someone down, they called the LP desk on my behalf. Initially they had no record of my reservation but magically found it. Someone finally came to pick me up in a car and drive me to the LP lounge. This process, also having to endure a very long immigration line, took over an hour.

Has anyone else had a similar experience? Should I ask for a refund?
