Went to close Business Platinum (had it for 2yrs). The frontline chat rep said there's a retention offer but they can't see what it is. The thing is, I got a retention offer exactly 12 months ago so I should not be eligible for another one, correct?

Also, retention department is available via chat until 5pm: is that Mon-Fri or weekends as well?
