Alternatively, I recently used the EU's dispute resolution method to get LA to refund me money they held hostage. You can find that here:

I am sure there is likely an ADR in France you could use as well, or complain to the regulator. The EU's website I linked before has a list of transport related ADRs in France, which could potentially help you resolve this.
