Not sure if there's another way to book Seizan. Is anyone aware? I found the omakase website. Do they take hotel concierge?

Spent some change (and 100+ calls later) on an international plan to book Den, but turns out they're on holiday for the day I'm in Tokyo (I even checked the website, it wasn't updated). Disappointed. It seems to be updated now.
