My building is in the Bilt Alliance and generally posts monthly rent to the ledger around the 29th and then water and other misc things come in on the 1st as that's when their third party vendor sends over the numbers. I often pay them separate and both transactions earn points, and both count toward the 5 transactions.

If you're not in the alliance and Bilt is sending a check, maybe there's different limits like one per 30 days as you say, I wouldn't know about that. It's not true in every scenario though. Also, regardless of what the case is, that wasn't really the question I was posing back then which is whether the rent payments counted toward the 5 transactions or not (it does).
