First time flying Scoot on a former MI/SQ route and I'm trying to figure out logistics of a Changi transit.

I'll be arriving at SIN on a JL flight at 00:30 and departing to DVO on Scoot at 12:30. It looks like there is no baggage interline agreement between JL and Scoot.

Will I be able to visit an airside transit desk and have baggage transferred to Scoot without going landside?

If I need to go landside, would a Scoot checkin desk be open at 01:00 so I may drop the bags?
