Yea they can add the fees but it's gotta be displayed at time of booking is my understanding. I booked 3 weeks ago, fast forward now, to the day before checkin I look and it shows $90 of Destination charges from my original booking for a 3 night stay, keep in mind this is a MOXY. I guess I'm going to do what you guys say, check-in anyway, and argue to the death I'm not paying that as my emails all clearly show the totals don't include that fee.
With that said, is there any hard information from Marriott in the T&C's or on the site anywhere I can point to saying it must be disclosed at time of booking?
