I have a slightly different twist from Iberia in that at the second time of asking they have agreed to pay me €600 EU261 for my cancelled MAD-LIM flight last September, and requested proof of ID and bank details so they can pay me. The clever part is when I respond accordingly to the email address they messaged me from I receive an automatic response telling me to go to the website... Obviously nothing as useful as an email address there as far as I can see. Any suggestions??
