The descriptions on the hotel website don’t really make it clear as both the floors and view descriptions are the same. As well as size (555sqf).
I really don't think there is much of a difference other than that the standard suite is a view of the eastern side of the city towards the Ferry Building and the other, nicer ones are facing more to the Golden Gate west side? The rooms themselves seem more or less the same.
