I was going to mention LHR-GIG-EZE as another one of these like LHR-SIN-SYD.
I know for a fact that my LGW-TAB goes via somewhere (UVF?) and I only get points for the direct route.
I suspect forum regulars will have a comprehensive list.
But in all these cases there is only one boarding pass, so it's only one flight on the computer.
If you don't get off and get back on a different plane, it's not a new flight.
