I would think so. My stay specially was booked almost a year out, as I typically book my hotel stays immediately when the dates post on Marriott's website for booking. They told me apparently they started charging destination fees a few months back and I should of received an email stating this. I just spoke with the manager about it and he honored the original price so I would think they should honor it for you as well.
